Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
- Design and develop complex SQL queries and scripts to extract required data.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to define project requirements.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and product performance.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
