Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Document incidents and resolutions using ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Assist in deploying and configuring desktop/laptop systems
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and consumables
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in IT preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in various environments
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for occasional client visits
