Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for our weekend operations.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Write efficient SQL queries and scripts to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support key business decisions.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing corrective measures to ensure accuracy.
- Produce weekly and monthly analytical summaries highlighting performance metrics and KPIs.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging analytical technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a Weekend Shift schedule.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into non-technical business language.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
