Responsibilities
- Lead incident response and threat hunting operations across cloud and on-premise environments
- Develop and implement advanced security monitoring protocols using SIEM platforms
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for enterprise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design zero-trust architectures
- Prepare executive-level security reports and compliance documentation
- Mentor junior security analysts and contribute to security awareness programs
- Stay current with emerging threats and countermeasures through continuous research
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity roles with hands-on incident response experience
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+)
- Expertise in threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST)
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network protocols
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
