Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Processing: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data workflows and improve reporting efficiency.
- Database Management: Maintain and document database schemas and ETL processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to executive leadership.
- Work Style: Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a fully remote setting.
