Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end data analysis process for weekend-specific projects, including data cleaning, validation, and modeling.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that provide real-time insights to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast trends and support strategic business planning.
- Document data workflows and create technical documentation for data pipelines.
- Identify data anomalies and propose solutions to improve data quality and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
