The Role:
In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that drive business growth. You will bridge the gap between technical analysis and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and maintain complex dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver high-quality reports.
- Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support product and marketing decisions.
- Document data processes and create standard operating procedures for data analysis.
- Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders based on data findings.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business language.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud data warehousing (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
