Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and business growth.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and data warehouses.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
