Responsibilities
- Transform complex, unstructured datasets into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, forecast future performance, and detect anomalies or risks.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various databases and sources.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to define data requirements and implement scalable data solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
