Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance metrics.
- Perform complex statistical analysis to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling narrative.
- Maintain and update existing data models and documentation to reflect business changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python for data manipulation.
- Expert level skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with A/B testing, regression analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
