Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop reporting frameworks.
- Extract and clean data from various sources using SQL, Python, and ETL tools to ensure data accuracy.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake) and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
