Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets to ensure high data quality and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis using SQL and Python to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that summarize findings and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and optimize business processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and marketing teams to define data requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
- Visualization: Strong experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues independently.
