Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive strategic business decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform SQL queries and data mining to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Relational Databases) and experience with ETL processes.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
