Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that influence business performance.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automation solutions to improve productivity.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and support product development cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, stored procedures), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
- Visualization: Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
