Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive, high-level dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, correlations, and outliers to support business strategy.
- Reporting: Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for executive leadership to drive performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy) is mandatory.
- Visualization: Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, non-technical business recommendations.
