Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced data models to optimize operational efficiency
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects from data collection to executive reporting
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder insights
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to C-level executives with clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality assurance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analytics experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Strong statistical modeling experience (regression, time series, clustering)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant data handling preferred
