Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create executive-level dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- A/B test experimental features and optimize conversion funnels
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with HIPAA/GDPR standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, CTEs)
- Strong Python skills with experience in Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification required
- Experience with statistical modeling (regression, clustering, time-series)
- Demonstrable ability to translate business questions into technical solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical audiences
