Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced data analysis using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Develop predictive models to identify market trends and optimize customer acquisition strategies
- Create executive-level dashboards and automated reporting frameworks for real-time KPI monitoring
- Collaborate with product teams to implement A/B tests and measure campaign performance
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain robust data pipelines and ensure data quality governance across platforms
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data analytics methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics with SaaS/tech industry background
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool
- Proven track record of developing predictive models and statistical analysis frameworks
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects with measurable business outcomes
