Responsibilities
- Transform Data into Insights: Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Visualize Data: Create intuitive and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing rigorous data cleaning, validation, and modeling.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, finance, and operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver customized reporting solutions.
- Process Optimization: Develop and refine SQL queries and Python scripts to automate reporting processes and increase efficiency.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply advanced statistical techniques to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with Python (Pandas/NumPy) or R.
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data manipulation and reporting.
