Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Design and execute complex analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive, high-level dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Database Management: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Strategic Reporting: Produce comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that provide actionable recommendations to the executive leadership team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify data needs and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and implement automated solutions to improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization Tools: Strong command of Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Statistical Analysis: Solid understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
