Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Modeling: Design and implement complex data models to support business intelligence initiatives and predictive analytics.
- Dashboard Creation: Build interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends for executive stakeholders.
- SQL & ETL: Write optimized SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform massive datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and regression analysis to evaluate product performance and user behavior.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams, translating technical jargon into business value.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy).
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
