In this role, you will be the architect of our data strategy, transforming raw numbers into narratives that drive business growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, optimize performance, and lead our company's data culture.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support real-time reporting needs.
- Design intuitive, interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize KPIs for executive leadership.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to define metrics and track feature adoption.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support A/B testing and market research initiatives.
- Document data models and analytical methodologies to ensure team scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Science.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift) and Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Strong command of data visualization tools, including Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift or Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders.
