Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust SQL queries and ETL processes to extract, clean, and transform large-scale datasets.
- Design interactive, high-performance dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and user retention rates.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define metrics and drive product roadmap decisions.
- Identify data anomalies and implement solutions to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting platforms.
- Present complex analytical findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve query performance and reduce latency for real-time reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst in the technology or fintech sector.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift, BigQuery) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses and big data technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Experience in A/B testing and experimental design is a strong plus.
