Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data mining and cleansing to ensure the integrity of our analytics pipelines.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex datasets for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable business insights.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and statistical analysis to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement through rigorous data analysis.
- Document data models, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge transfer within the engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
