Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex data models and databases to support business intelligence needs.
- Utilize SQL, Python, and R to extract, clean, and transform large datasets.
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Present data-driven insights to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
