Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources (SQL databases, APIs, spreadsheets) to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate marketing campaigns, product features, and user engagement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and executives to define data requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Automate reporting processes using Python or SQL to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to recommend process improvements and strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to troubleshoot data issues and validate results.
