Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Automate data pipelines and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries and optimizing performance).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
