Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Optimize data collection processes and improve data quality standards across the organization.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data analysis tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into non-technical insights for stakeholders.
