Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns within business data.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automated solutions to streamline operations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Optimization) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data problems.
