In this position, you will own our data strategy, turning raw information into powerful insights that guide executive decision-making and optimize business performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analysis using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to recommend strategic improvements.
- Communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in clear, compelling presentations.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
