Responsibilities
- Data Ingestion & Modeling: Extract, clean, and transform massive datasets from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization within our business operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex analytical findings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Project Leadership: Lead data projects from conception to deployment, collaborating closely with product managers and engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to deconstruct complex business problems into analytical frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
