Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Develop and optimize data models to support complex business queries and reporting requirements.
- Visual Analytics: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and business health.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Automation: Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce error rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or finance sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level SQL skills; proficiency in Python or R; experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Visualization: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with data visualization tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
