- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to track KPIs
- Develop automated data pipelines to streamline reporting processes
- Present insights to senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
