Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis pipelines to extract, clean, and transform raw data into actionable insights
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and Python libraries
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and build automated reporting systems
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and visual storytelling
- Optimize data collection systems to enhance statistical efficiency and data quality
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with demonstrated impact in tech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL with experience optimizing complex queries and database schemas
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R for statistical modeling
- Proven ability to create executive-ready visualizations using Tableau or Power BI
- Strong business acumen with experience translating technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with large datasets (10M+ records) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
