Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Build and maintain SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and optimizing query performance.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and user behavior.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
