In this role, you will work closely with leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and build robust data pipelines that power our decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify data requirements and optimize data architecture.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to evaluate product performance and user behavior.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
