Responsibilities
- Data Strategy: Design, implement, and maintain data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports that translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights for executive leadership.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define metrics and answer critical business questions.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor data quality and optimize query performance for faster reporting turnaround.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python or R, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Tools: Strong command of Excel and experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
