Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Design and implement data validation protocols ensuring accuracy and reliability
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Optimize data collection processes to enhance efficiency and quality

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
