Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data analysis projects from collection to visualization
- Develop predictive models to forecast business trends and opportunities
- Create executive-level dashboards and presentations using Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Automate reporting processes to improve operational efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct peer code reviews
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven ability to translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
