Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and patterns that drive business strategy.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform complex data modeling and statistical analysis to support A/B testing and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Portland, OR, and remote locations to understand business requirements.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling, including weekend availability.
