Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies that enhance user engagement and retention.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and business outcomes.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership effectively.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert level experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
