Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining: Utilize SQL, Python, and Excel to extract, clean, and analyze massive datasets to identify trends and anomalies.
- Visual Storytelling: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to recommend data-driven improvements to business processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise recommendations for non-technical leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas/Numpy), and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and make logical recommendations based on evidence.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to diverse audiences.
