Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, correlations, and patterns in large datasets.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key metrics for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational workflows.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand their analytical needs and deliver tailored insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and strong skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is highly preferred.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
