Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable business insights through advanced SQL queries and Python scripts.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive executive reporting.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Engineering to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and optimize marketing campaigns and product features.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks by analyzing large datasets and providing clear, concise reports to leadership.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by developing automated data pipelines and validation protocols.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices within the data team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech industry or a fast-paced startup environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a remote-first environment and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
