Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within business data.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, translating complex data into clear, concise narratives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization by analyzing current workflows and proposing data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to North Carolina or work remotely from the Atlanta, GA area.
