Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Extract, cleanse, and transform massive datasets from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to identify data gaps and optimize reporting processes.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Automate reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency across the organization.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert level experience with Tableau or PowerBI for creating interactive visualizations.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and database management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
