Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and AWS services
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Automate reporting processes using Python and Airflow
- Mentor junior analysts through our 'Data Academy' program
- Present findings to C-suite executives using storytelling frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification required
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
