Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design A/B testing frameworks to optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques for forecasting
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Maintain data quality standards and implement ETL processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Proven ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
