Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and actionable business insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs.
- Present findings and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and analytical tools to drive process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and experience with Python or R.
- Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a remote-first or fully remote environment.
