Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact business performance.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data pipelines and reporting workflows to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to the Indianapolis, IN area (Relocation Assistance provided).
